The AKG K99 can easily stand aside the top of the line headphones. The padded earpieces allow for extended wearing with maximum comfort.

They have an adjusting headband that fits! No matter if you have a small or large melon, these will comfortably hug your head.

The sounds is no less than stellar. Whether you are jamming along to a CD, playing video games, or practicing the guitar; these are the ones for you. All at a great price too!

I originally was going to pick up the K77s, but opted for the K99s for the semi open vice closed back. These headphones are amazing and they work great with my electric guitar set up. I've ran them through my 15Watt amp, my MP3 player and (for a very short period of time) a mixing board and every time these headphones blew me away. You'll hear every little thing feeding into that 1/4 or 1/8 inch jack. Weather you like listening to super clean headphones on your MP3 player, or you’re recording with a band, these will do the job very well and at a great price. I have zero complaints about these and the price is great. Some people complain they look silly (sit high off your head) so if you worry what people think of you that might be the one and only draw back. Highly recommended.
