Noiseless Recording with Hi-frequency Volume Controller

MAYA1010 has Wolfson Microelectronics' WM8816 volume controller which provides clean line input recording and level gain (applied for inputs 1 and 2 and up to 0dB for the rest of the channels).

Supports up to 24-bit/96kHz sampling rate

MAYA1010 supports up to 96kHz sampling for digital recording. Full 24-bit/192kHz resolution DAC (96kHz bandwidth) with full duplex operation is available over 10 simultaneous inputs and outputs. The MAYA1010 will prove its value in multitrack recording, mastering, or DVD audio applications.

While this card worked well in my old computer it doesn't work at all in my newer one. It doesn't work AT ALL now. I have tried everything to find out where to get this repaired/tested/anything, but have not received ANY response to my questions for help. Not from the distributer or the AUDIOTRAK company. Don't waste your time with this or possibly anything from this mfg because if you have any problems you are out of luck.

I've been using the Maya1010 for quite some time and I haven't had any problems until I upgraded to Windows Vista. Now my investment is completely useless with my new OS. It you plan on upgrading to vista anytime soon I would recomend getting a card with a Vista driver already out. It looks like it could be a while or never getting the Vista driver.

This card is everything and more that I was looking for, the price is has gone down since I purchased it which makes it even more amazing.

If you use a windows computer and want to do multi track recording or layering this is the perfect device to get!

It's got such low noise and works perfect with Sonar, Reaper, and all the Sony software, like Acid, and Vegas I havent had one single problem with it, you have enough inputs for recording your band or doing a solo studio with a few friends on various instruments.

This product is great. I bought it about a month ago and have had excellent results. You have control over almost every aspect of this product and once you update the drivers from the manuf. website, you should have no issues with it. The sound comes in clean and clear. Besides the fact that the 'digital gain' and 12v phantom power almost nothing at all, it is a great add on to someone who just wants to record some tracks at home. The DirecWire feature is great for copying magnetic media in a range of software (legally, of course). I don't know if they 12v Phantom works because I don't own any 12v mics. The inputs are 1/4" mono wich is great if you have a nice preamp with 1/4" outs, but I wish that it had at least on stereo analog out for monitoring or maybe a RCA Pair out.
