Yep, blew the horn twice on normal usage type things...The sound is thin and inarticulate...Don't like it, especially since mine had a bad power supply as well - and I don't mean the cable- the actual power in the speaker's casing...That cost 100 bucks to repair...Nice...I would NOT replace this junk combo if it were stolen...

The DLS 15 is a great but I found the great sounding accurate horn to be way too loud for the woofer. The horn packs some serious realism and openess across the high frequenty spectrum, not thin at all. However, I can't get any real bass out of the woofer. it is tuned to be loud and not deep and punchy. i'm running a qsc mx2000a amp and I have to eq (7 band) the lows all the way up and the highs almost all the way down to get a "full bodied" sound. On the other hand, if you sing or need monitors, these are great! If your looking for full range good sound, keep looking.
