Hardware has solid metal case and cheap flimsy keys. Software crashes Logic on my iMac. I had hoped that problems others had reported were related to their use of PCs. Well, I was wrong. The sounds from Arturia are great but the hardware and software performance makes it not worth the hassle.

This is one great sounding product, makes me want to sell some of my old analog gear. It still a bit buggy, but is a great value. However, if you have problems with their Synchrosoft licensing, as I do, you will have a lot of downtime. Their tech support is almost non-existant - takes abou 2 weeks to get help with a 5 minute fix. So, buyer beware..

The keyboard will not work on Windows XP. Windows cannot find the driver for it. So much for plug and play. Arturia, who has no phone support, only email support, does not respond to emails for help. I've been trying for several weeks to get a response without an answer. This is a fun toy to have in your arsenal, but Arturia has the worst tech support I've come across. Don't waste your money on this toy.

This is a nifty device, BUT, save your money and time and pass this up. The keyboard won't install on Windows XP and I have failed to get a response from Arturia. Arturia has the WORST customer support one can imagine. No phone support and the email response is non-existent. So, if you buy this toy, you had better hope it works on your system because you won't get any help from Arturia.
