I have had the Audio-Technica ATW-2110 2000 Series UniPak Wireless System with Headset Microphone for several months now and am quite pleased with it. I play in a “week-end” band and we are very busy with bookings, so I have had ample opportunity to put this through its paces. It is very comfortable to wear, both the body pack and the microphone. You can’t see the mic unless you are a foot away. The sound reproduction is great. The mic doesn’t have to be close to your mouth. Even an inch or so off to the side, on your cheek, it still picks up as well as a hand-held, and I am one of those people who eat a hand-held mic. The one drawback was not being able to get off the stage and interact with the people while singing without fear of some feedback. If you stay away from being directly in front of the mains you are okay. Oh, and the other drawback is forgetting to turn it off between songs and everything you say comes out the mains, like, “look at that hot girl in the front row”…..not cool, but that is operator error and not an issue with the device. Bottom line is that it is well worth the money. I am very pleased.

I was amazed with the sound quality the AT892C Mic puts out. With the true diversity receive I've had absolutely no problem with signal dropout. It's a fantastic system for a reasonable price. Basically, the only adjustment I had to do was to cut the sensitivity on the transmitter and the AF on the receiver as the system at the factory settings was running too hot. I highly recommend that to someone who wants to be mobile. The vocal quality is excellent.
