I use in the studio for live sounding tracks. perfect for recording low volume instruments like flutes. has high out put and can handle up to 144 dB S.P.L. one of the best vocal mics I ever used. requires some getting used to because it has little mid boost like most dynamic vocal mics but is more natural and flat ready for effects or raw tracks for later mastering. Buy it!

Perfect for female voices, very natural and clear your voice only better. Sounds like a condenser, only warmer. have om-2 and om-5 also totally awesome. Tuff as nails. Highly Recommended.

I've had this mic for about 4 years now thinking somehow I would learn to love it. The truth is that even though it does NOT feedback, I have to really put my mouth right on it (I don't like to eat the mic)for the sound to come close to what I want to hear. I'm picky, I know.... but I guess I expected more.
