I've had this shockmount for a while now. I bought it because I also purchased the MXL 90/91 combo, which includes mic clips, but not shockmounts. This fits my 91 percectly. Absolutely snug and I would never expect it to ever slip out (I wish I was that confident with my mic stands though). Padded ring means I won't scratch up my pristine mic either. A great deal. I was hoping to save a few bucks over the MXL brand ones, maybe sacrificing some quality. Honestly, I'm glad I did. A great purchase.
