Power, Style and Built to Last

Great as low end backup or as the main subs. Out of all the wood and carpet cabinets I own the plastic cabs are by far the longest lasting and these subs are no exception to that rule. For subs they are light and the easy carry handles make it easy to dolly or dead lift. Sound is amazing, crisp and open. This is my first Behringer product and I'm impressed to say the least.

REDICULOUS BASS

This unit...sigh is SO nice...it is built rock solid, and hits soooo hard without breaking a sweat. I use this with a crossover. For an 18" woofer, I was surprised at how well this takes high bass. I ran a frequency test through it. Handles 20hz easy. 40 hz is loud as hell. I couldn't believe what a diference this woofer made with my settup. I was using two Peavey PR 15's alone before I got this, and I don't know how I lived without it. To give you an idea of the volume, I had this thing up probably at half capacity, and it rattled the AC ducts alllllllllllll through my house. Then I took it and gigged an outdoor fundraiser. Not only did it sound great outdoors, it was still so loud that it rattled the metal siding on the building I was next to. Made it buzz. I considered turning the bass down!!! WHAT A WONDERFUL PROBLEM TO HAVE! Two words: GET.THEM.

Feel These Thump

I bought 2 of these babies with some skeptacism. I drive these with a Behringer EP-2500 run in parallel. Wow, do these really pound. Crisp bass with nice definition. Don't be fooled by the price, I engineer for bands who play large venues and outside gigs. These push plenty of low end with NO distortion. I can't wait until I upgrade to an amp with more power to really see what these can do. If you need serious bottom end and don't want to spend tons of dough, these are the subs.
