Great Sound but very heavy

We bought these for open-air preaching. They project music and voice very well. They are great quailty and have good features. The only problem is they are very heavy. It takes two people to get them on a stand and even with two it isn't easy.

Great Stage Monitor

I bought this to monitor my vocal and my acoustic sound built into my electric guitars (LR Baggs X-Bridge)for live performance with a loud rock band. I initially bought the TC Helicon Soloist XT. It didn't cut it at all. This monitor does. It sounds great. Has a nice noise gate and auto-shut off feature. The only tiny point is that you have to gain up the input volume almost to MAX to get enough gain for the mic input. I am using a Shure SM58 Beta. The input gain is set about 9 of 10, and is quite touchy at this level. This being said, it still sounds clean and plenty loud (even for a partially deaf guy like myself). It could use input clip LED's, but I recommend this monitor!

We use JBL and EAW speakers for our rental biz and recently tried one of the new Behringer B412. This is a hell of a speaker and these guys have figured out to make it sound great at any sound level. Guess the DSP does some magic here. Can only recommend to check it out.

I recently purchased the b412dsp. I was disappointed from the moment I open the box. First, the advertised 600watts were falsed. The speaker only handles 400watts continues. Secondly, the the speaker cannot handle even a small wedding party. The red clip lights were on during the entire night. If you plan to use this speakers for mains in a band or for dj,pplease don't buy this speakers.

You gotta hear them

I got a pair a week ago. Forget JBL, Mackie, Peavey etc. as these are amazing speakers regardless of price. The DSP section seem to align the frequency response so they sound great at any volume. Don't know how Beringer can make them at such a price.
