I am no expert but I know this works great, Quiet, and a lot smaller and lighter than I thought. It works great with my MXL 990. You definitely cant beat the price. What more can I say Bahrenger made in Germany with quality!

ok so i bought this about 2 years ago and have been running a mxl 990 thro it since then... it has lasted and i have no problems with it and for the price u definitly cant go wrong

Is nice, For the price, It's great, I had no problems with it. Except if you keep it plugged up for more than an hour without any XLR cables in the AC adapter fires.

I have been very pleased with what this little guy does. I use it to power my behringer condencer mic, which i plug into my pa switchboard, that does not have phantom power. Adding on this little guy beats buying a new switchboard.

Right out of the box, and it doesn't work. I replaced it with an Art Phantom III and was up and running in minutes.

Maybe consider spending a little more and get something that is more reliable than this.
