I purchaced this package - The Speakers run at 8 oms, and requires a minimum of 400w. This means, the amp is sending out water hose pressure into a fire hose.... so the sound comes out as a dribble. I had the amp less then 6 months, and it overheated and blew. Im sending it back to berringer as we speak to get it fixed. This PA is great.... but not for big speakers like this.... ALSO... for monitors, you have to have a separate amp.... the monitors out are not powered...

I just used this for my first gig. DJ'd at a community center for over 200 people at a Christmas Party. The system worked great with no failures. I even had someone drop a live mic and the speakers and amplifier handled it quite well. I only used two of the four speakers that came with this package and music filled the hall with no problems...handled it quite well. I wonder how it will do with four speakers connected to the amp...will let you know soon!

Behringer PMP5000/B1520 PRO Mains & Monitors PA Package
I purchased this package and it has great sound and seems to be well put together. In less than 30 days I had a speaker go out without any warning. DO NOT plan on using the warranty on this as you will have to pay to send the item to Germany for repair and that is too cost prohibitive. Yes, even though it is only 20 days old.
