I've owned this unit for 4 years in my small home studio. It has never failed and everything that it's supposed to do, it does. I feel it's a great value and makes life easier because I have several amps and many configurations of effects that I like to use. I can leave everything connected and don't have to move cables around. I'm very happy with it.

I've used this for 5 years and have never had a problem with it. It's quite strong. Just don't use a Vis-a-vis pen to mark it; it doesn't wash off the way they usually do and will permanently stain aluminum. I have other Behringer items as well and I never have problems with them. Some write-ups say that Behringer things are cheap and fall apart but mine have studio-ed, staged, toured, one was dropped, and they still work. I don't know WHAT the complainers are doing to their things to screw them up. Give this item a try.

I have three of these units and have never had a problem with them.. If your on a budget, you can't go wrong. I own several pieces of Behringer gear and I think they make a good quality product..

Very Poor Quality

The price is low but so is the quality. I've had numerous problems with both the front and back jacks. They are poorly put together and fail quickly. It's now obvious why other patch bays cost more. Spend the extra money and get a real patch bay.

good value, poor build

I was extremely pleased by the quality of this product, but more importantly, by the extremely low price that it is sold at. It really is a great product. But after just two weeks of light use, two screws on the left side of the unit fell off, causing the front cover to fall off. I was extremely disappointed at the poor, less-than-reliable quality of the unit. I have yet to receive a response from Behringer. Don't get me wrong, though. It really is worth the money.
