Easy, but disappointing

I love this company, but I have to say I have been disappointed in this microphone. I know, I know...it's a small microphone, it's not designed to be amazing, or intended to be amazing. It's purpose is to quickly capture vocals with something small and easy to use. It's just that the mike on the computer would do that. The sound is remarkably tinny. For a much better sound, any number of small USB or FireWire-powered interfaces and an SM-58 will simply blow this out of the water, and you aren't talking about that much more hardware. It isn't horrible...it's just that with Blue you expect more.

I got this thing for x-mas to use with my Mac book pro. And this thing is wasy to use and sounds great for the price. OSX recognizes it without fail and within a couple of minutes I can start recording song ideas. It's not a pro mic, but thats not what I was expecting, but I got more than I bargained for.
