a good eq for the money

I bought this eq for the purpose of equeing my kick drum only. I have all of the highs down and the lows pulled all the way up. This eq is perfect for this application. Now my kick is just a deep impulse THE WAY IT SHOULD BE . Dont waste your money on a expensive eq this is all you need .

These things have more hum than anything I've ever owned. Their internal power transformer induces hum into one of the channels to the point where you'll be chasing bad cables unnecessarily. I bought 2 before I figured it out. DOD sent me mu metal to fix it. Marginally effective... I'd pass...
