Don't buy direct from Digidesign

A few new features, notably midi instrument channels that save some work. Still same old proprietary ProTools, which is still audio-oriented and good quality overall. Buy through a reseller, not from DigiDesign, as they don't honor the offers on their website... they won't give me the plugins they advertised with this bundle. Don't fall into the same trap I did.

Outstanding... Simple to use if you have ever recorded yourself on anything else. after using this its no way I'm going back to anything other than protools. Period.. Home studio must have. Add this with an mpc and you have the core of your studio.
