I've been using IK stuff for a long time. First started with Amplitube 1.0. I've tried a lot of others also by other companies and for Metal this software suite is very, very good.

The amps, cabinets, stomp boxes and effects that come in this package are scary-realistic. If you are a desktop recorder like myself purchasing the hardware in this software gives it amazing value.

With digital recording the garbage IN = garbage OUT. A competent signal into the computer is necessary.
