As an active musician, i bought these speakers hoping that they would be good for medium to small gigs, and they did not dissapoint, they fill very well, however the high notes are not as pronounced as i would like, but for the price nothing to really complain about

I own this pair and the matching 15 inch monitors. I've been using them for about six months, and they sound fine and seem very hard to break. I'm not saying that they sound like JBLs, but for the money they are hard to beat. I don't care where they are made. Your budget rules.

These are good speakers when paired with the Mackie FR1400 amplifier. My band used four of these as mains.

Just remember to use an amplifier that will provide double the RMS power of the speaker - too much gain and too little power will not only make speakers sound bad - they will blow. The same goes with too much EQ boost.

Just push 250~ watts RMS at 8 ohms, watch the EQ and you will have a great sounding speaker!
