I have given some pretty rough use to these and they held fantastic. I use them for most everything, from mixing to producing to personal parties... ignore what someone before said about going out all of a sudden, I thought so and like also said before it was the cable. I even had them on and a storm hit us, power went out blowing a transformer and burning a lot of stuff. I tested these the day after and all perfect I made another small party and they were on all night no prob.

I did not expect the sound of them. For the price my expectations were low. The bass response very very well, highs and mids very clear and panning is very good too. You hear what you need to hear. And for the size they sound very loud. Good for mixing and just enjoining music.

these sound really great, wonderfull warm well punctuated lows, crisp sparkling highs. Mids lack slightly on some songs but overall sound great as well...i especially noticed the stereo imaging of these speakers. It is absolutely wild. things sound like they are coming from other areas of the room. vocals are incredibly preasent and crisp and clear. everything sounds pristine...the way it should sound. i am very impressed. some people complain about them going out over time. i advise those people to get a new audio cable. the one that came with it is junk. out of the box the left speaker didn't work, i had to tweak the cable. i bought a new cable...and voila! perfect. i wouldn't worry about the speakers themselves going out. well worth the price.. i have yet to mix with them so i can't comment on their accuracy. however, when listening for pleasure these are amazing.

I've had these speakers for a week and I must say that for the price, their clarity is brilliant. The only thing I'm worried about is them crapping out on me because of people saying these gave up after a month. I will write a followup if that happens, but as of now, they are probably the best deal you can get for this price range.
