I've used this thing on a few gigs now and have had no problems. My bass player also uses one. I've done an A/B test against my amp with a cable and I hear no difference in the sound quality. So far so good!

This thing is just horrible. Of course it's made of cheap plastic and just feels like it will break if you look at it hard enough. The front "display" is actually just a sticker, which came off of mine the first week, leaving a sticky mess and a bunch of meaningless LED lights showing on the front. The signal is decent, but don't plan on straying too far from the receiver unless you want to hear a lot of crackling and hissing. Move on people...spend a few more dollars and get something you can use for years to come.

I have had nothing but problems with this product. The cable needed to be resoldered, and now that i fixed it, all i get is a big humming sounds on all the settings, even with the volume turned down. Don't waste your money.

Bought this product just over a year ago. It worked o.k., up until a few weeks ago. Then it started eating 9 volts like Homer Simpson eats donuts. I have nothing plugged into the transmitter, and it still eats batteries. It did not do this up until a few weeks ago. I called NADY, and they were useless. They told me the warranty was only good for 1 year...I thought it was 3 years on wireless stuff. Of course their product started screwing up about a month past their year warranty. The sad part is that I only use it on Sunday night during church, so it's not like I abused the product. On the bright side, it is easy to use and handy to have. And it was pretty cheap...so I guess you get what you pay for. I just wish that what I paid for lasted more than 13 months.

I bought the Nady 1002 MK2 wireless system in December 2004. The cable to the guitar has a resistor soldered on the "hot" connection. It constantly breaks. I repaired it three times myself. Then carried the unit around in my gig bag for over a year because I could't use it. Just found out it has a three year warranty. I called Nady, they said I could order a new cable from them for $9.95 and $10.00 shipping, or I could try fixing it myself, so much for Nady customer service. I packed the whole thing up and sent it back to the Nady CEO and told them they could keep it. Get a GOOD unit and spend the extra cash for it, don't be fooled by the low price here. It's not worth the headache.
