I gout this unit for a small pa system i use for clubs. I use it with ehe beheringer 2442, 2 nady 18's and 2 peave 15 cabs with a 1 in driver and a crown 1000 maco and well i use the onboard effects for vocals and i u this unit for drums. its i a road worthy unit and it does the job. If u are straped for cash, and need a good unit for fx. this is it. good job nady

When buying a blem...ask questions

Well...I'm sure this was a better product from the factory, but I bought it as a blem and it was all of that. I want to qualify this by saying I have spent a lot of money with MF over the last 16 years, but this was the first time I was shocked by the condition of the product when it arrived. First of all, they had reduced the price by about $32 so I was expecting a scratch or a ding somewhere. What I got was something that had been pounded so hard the circuit board had two screws knocked out and the transformer was banging around loose inside of it. Part of me wanted to call MF and remind them what their initial could stand for, the other part of me, the stage manager that wants to make all things right wanted to open the case and find out if the unit was salvagable. Fortunately for MF and I, the second part of me won out. None of the wiring or circuits were screwed up, so I set about collecting all the fasteners that had been rattling around in this unit and finally had it pieced together in about a half an hour. Well, I plugged it in and it works. I'm sorry to say that most of this review probably has more to do with the handling the unit received after it left the factory than with the actual unit itself, which at the moment is performing as it should.

Blow out during the first rehearsal

Used for one year, sound effect is good, however, it is noisy. Tonight we are going to use it for rehearsal. It blows out before we start. Fuse is OK, you can still turn it on, but just no single effect. Don't know the reason.
