You get what you pay for was never so true! Save and buy a better mic. I have tried to use this on several computers with a variety of programs with fair to poor results. I even tried to use it with a dictation to type program, very bad results. Save you money.

It isn't the greatest quality but if you want to make some cyber grind music for fun it works. If you have other programs like mixcraft or what ever you can use some effects and make it sound somewhat professional.

Spend the extra money and buy a shure sm-58. this is very fragile, can't take any abuse and starts hiss and pop after a while. i was very dissapointed.

I bought this mic and I was what i expected. This is a lot better than plugging a mic into your computers sound card but it's not professional quality. Overall if your broke and you want to lay down some tracks buy this other wise look for a better mic.
