The latest version of this award-winning virtual organ sees the addition of many extra components. From the drawbars, the vibrato and chorus to the tube distortion and rotary speakers, the B4 II delivers the sound of the original in incredible detail. This piece of software is amazing! With awe-striking sounds like "No B4 No Cry," "Woodstock," and "Je t'aime" you really can't beat it! It's like a throwback to an actual vintage Hammond B3 with all the drawbars and everything. Not only is it a great value, but it's super user-friendly. It's so in depth, that you can pick your amp and cab, adjust your mics, distortion, everything. If you're looking for great organ sounds at an entry-level price, B4 II is the definite way to go, trust me!

Friend of mine has it patched through a controller, and I'm going to tell you, I am impressed. I'm deciding now on the package I'm going to get from NI for my home studio, and just from what I've heard and a couple other demos, this one's a no brainer. If you like the Hammond, get this software. The dedicated Hammond players are going to find that they can get what they want, and the new generation players are gonna love it too. I play mostly blues and old southern gospel. If something doesn't meet the goal, I'd say it. As for this one, get it.

I've been playing Hammonds since 1969. I swore I'd never play any organ that wasn't a real Hammond. Well, that's not how it is now... this B4II is absolutly killer! While I think most real Hammond players will dial in their own preference and stay with it. The options here will cover everybody. If you can't find "your" Hammond sound on this software. Well, you ain't a Hammond player. I love my '62 B-3, but for spot gigs and studio work. I can live with the B4II. It really is top notch software by cats who know their Hammonds.
