This is the greatest modeling software I have ever used. It really feels like real amp. But beware: HP version does not support RTAS!!! So you can not use it with ProTools!!!

Now let me be honest I was sceptical at first, but when I pulled up my amp model (I own the peavey jsx) all I could do was smile. It was so close I could not believe it. If you have don't have the time or know-how to mic your amp this is a great alternative. Saying that you still will have to work with it a little to get the exact tone, but it is not too hard.

For 70 dollars, this is the amp simulator to start with, it has 5 great Peavey tube amps, and you can create amps with different tubes, tonestack etc. It sound awesome is easy to use and you can upgrade to the full Revalver MKIII later if you choose. The effects could be better, and the saves to banks could be improved. The sound is absolutely amazing.
