I bought these screens about 5 yrs ago, they all have held up well. Fit well, and the sound transfer to mic is very good. The only problem with these screens is the colors blending to others if you store them touching next to each other. I keep my mics in a case. I don't have much trouble with the colors as long as they are in this case. When I threw a bunch of the spare screens I was not using together, the colors blended to each other. For the price it is a good buy, other screens of better quality cost a lot more.

I purchased a windscreen just after christmas to fit over my Shure SM58 Beta. I was quickly appalled at the disappointing texture of my windscreen. Expecting a sturdy, well-made windscreen, I opened the package to find a completely different case indeed. The windscreen was flimsy and poorly made (using only ONE piece of material), and upon further investigation, I found tiny holes throughout the entire unit. Initially I was disappointed by the weak color selection (only one shade of red, and no pinks at all) and lack of versatility. Unfortunately purchasing one of these will do you no good if you have more than one microphone. Sadly, I have several microphones I use for live sound (miking drums, vocals, keyboards, etc.) and this product simply did not follow through with it's wild promises. Most alarming was the extreme flammability of the windscreens (all colors), all sources of open flames must be at LEAST one half inch away from the product at ALL times. Unfortunately, I wasn't warned about their dangers by the manufacturer or the distributor, which eventually lead to a giant flame that didn't necessarily harm anyone, but frightened several young children and pets in the audience. If given the option, I would not purchase another one of these windscreens, but would rather fashion my own windscreens out of ladies stockings and dried fruit peels ( an uncommon, but amazingly effective technique used by many of today's top producers), though the cost of production (COP) would be higher, I could take solice in knowing that my windscreens could be produced in any color as well as fairly flame-retardant.
