this is a great system if i had the cash i would buy like 5 more for my band there very loud not for large venues but bars and clubs there good for my guitarist tryes to over power me with his half stack but some how i get over him with these things well built love how they can be a monitor to they rock the show and powerfull they are a great buy for the money and you need to buy this system you will be happy

My group (SEB) bought this package in our early days because we did not have anything else. As is to be expected, the microphone cables it came with broke within a month, and the mic it comes with is terrible. There is so much feedback with it.
However, the speakers pack a punch that is perfect for playing music at a party with lots of people, or at a band practice (if you don't get too loud on all other instruments) and is a great starter kit.
I would highly recommend this package to anyone who is just starting a band, or a solo project, and wants something to try out that won't kill their bank account.

I bought this for our local Toastmasters meetings. Our club routinely hosts Division and District competitions since we have a large meeting room. Unfortunately the hall's acoustics are poor. I bought this and a couple of used wireless lavalieres and what a difference. I bought a Shure microphone to replace the one included (never hooked up the included one based on reviews). I had a number of people compliment me on the set up. One even asked if I could come to their next event (New fee schedule).
The only sound problems I experienced was when a presenter walked directly in front the speakers.
By the way my 6 year loved the delayed repeater. I will always remember how hard he laughed at his own voive and the subsequent laughter.
In all I highly recommend the unit. It fits in my car easily and is quick to set up. I would recommend purchasing a longer microphone cord too.
By the way I called in my order and the staff was exceptional.

I have been looking for a small and affordable setup to use for a few things and ran across this kit. Everything one needs to get started is included and it sounds pretty decent. The first real use for mine came just this past weekend and it did a great job. This kit won't be the appropriate choice for a large venue, but for a small venue it excels. My only complaint would be how the speaker handles feel when carrying them, as they feel more flimsy than the more expensive speakers I am used to carrying. This is a really minor detail though, as the speakers are really light and I don't foresee a problem of them breaking, just flexing slightly. All in all I would recommend this set to anyone on a very tight budget with mainly small venues in mind. Would also be a good set to use for monitors if the buyer upgraded to a bigger/more powerful set later.

Great For Beginners!

I highly recommend this item if your inexperianced with live sound. We purchased this item we'll over three months and we're still quite satisfied, as a begining band we were unsure which p.a. system to purchase. We finally saw this package and noticed the great price, so without hesitation we went ahead and purchased it. When we finally recieved it, we couldn't believe our eyes the speakers were of good size and the mixer was actually good. Of course the cables weren't of high quality but they lasted for a good 3 weeks of thrashing. Now the sound is actually very well done, we can hear our singer well over the drums and our neighbors deffenetly heard us. The only thing i believe some might do wrong is actually have the mic too close to the speakers. THats when you'll hear alot of feedback! as long as you have a good amount space between them your ok. Great for backyard parties i can't express how happy we are with this system. It's very easy to set up, doesn't take much space, and they are very light to carry.
