I record at home in my studio! Headphones are a way of life in the studio. These phones are comfortable, reliable, and very rugged! The sound, and isolation are really top notch, and what a value! I have always enjoyed Sennheiser products, I still have a set of Sennheiser HD 222, so nice to see a company that keep the quality bar high, and the price affordable! These are a must have, for all out in studio recording world!

I've owned a pair of these headphones for over 2 years now. They've never given me any problems at all. They're comfortable to wear for hours on end without crushing your skull or compressing your neck. Good low end for the price. Incredibly clear for all types of music from technical death metal to IDM. A great buy for anyone low on cash.

I've had these headphones for over a year now and I love them. They could use a little more bass on the low end of the spectrum for me, but it's really not that noticeable. They sound great with all kinds of different music genres from Rock to Pop music. I'm going to pick up a few more pairs for my home studio soon.

I own two pairs of these headphones, and all I can say is "wow." They have an amazing amount of low-end for how much these things cost. I thought the cost would get bottom of the barrel, but these are definitely the best in the price range. From what I've seen, most of Sennheiser's stuff handles more bass than a lot of other brands. For example, I prefer Sennheiser mics over Shure because of Sennheiser's tendency to emphasize the low frequencies. Anyway, for the price i paid, I will not find a better set of headphones; these are great for everything from recording in the studio to listening to your iPod.
