I purchased these about 2 weeks ago and after letting them break in for 24 hours (I would suggest always breaking in your carts) they still have a hard time staying in the groove while scratching and back cueing. The tricky part is trying to find the correct tracking force on these...because it's so freekin wide. Between 2 and 5 grams! It's no wonder I haven't found that sweet spot yet,even with the little tricks like angeling the needle 23 degress and all the others it's still not keeping the groove. I would suggest going with the "Shure" thing and get some Shure M44-7's. I had those and they stick no matter what you do to the rec's or the table. Save your money, budget means budget and these are definatly budget. These will only frustrate your attempts to become the next Q-Bert
