The Finalizer Express is the best tool available for a final out mixer for live applications. I run a stereo mix out of a Midas Venice 320 into the Finalizer then to a DBX Driverack PA for room EQ, crossover balance. Thats it - NO other gear needed. With the Finalizer at my fingertips I can control the room without having to deal with the EQ after analizing the room. Ths was designed for studio but its a GREAT TOOL for live audio control.

This is my favorite piece of gear. I use it for everything, transferring analog to digital, AB your mixes, remixing old recordings to discs like cassettes etc. and best of all Mastering. The EQ's are great the compressions are great. Very user friendly. I highly recommend this unit. A "must have" for all studios

If you ever wondered why your home digital recordings lack the detail, punch and clarity of major studios, mastering is part of the problem. This is the box that fixes that. You can do the same things with software, true, but that is only if you already have invested in an expensive digital recording suite and spent nearly as much for software as this gizmo costs. This is the easy way to make any recording sound better, and louder. Those are two different but associated things. It does both easily and well. It is very reasonably priced too considering it is a professional quality mastering tool.

We call it "the LOUD box." The loud box ROCKS!
