If you are looking to scratch cd's/mp3's and you are on a budget, this is definatly the way to go. This will hold you over until you're able to save up for an expensive cd player. I use mine everyday and its always on point. A good buy 4 sure

This unit is a wonderful unit for the selector who likes to juggle the same rhythm but not all the tunes actually make it to vinyl so you have to go cd & cd players tend to have quite a different tempo scale than you average turntable and thus giving the the diadvantage of having to fight to keep it in sync but with the TTM1 you are able to maipulate your cd's with the same controls as your other turntable ie;it is just like playing another vinyl record but you are actually playing a cd NUFF SAID>>>

I just got mine today and I am already scratching for the first time after trying for many years. This unit eliminates the problems caused by my heavy handeness and allows me to practice and have fun at the same time. It's as accurate as scratching a real record and I don't even need to do a permanent intsallation. It works fine just sitting on the turntable which is a cool looking vintage pioneer. I love this device.
