I bought these head phones and owned them for about 4 months. The sound quality isn't there, and the workmanship is awful. They recently broke when I accidentally step on the cord as I was standing up, they pulled right off my ears and snapped to the point of no repair. The left side headphone became completely detached. Being a DJ calls for a lot of bending over to select records so I consider this something that should have never happened in a quality product. My suggestion is to spend another 40 bucks and go with either Sony or Numark.
