The Vienna Symphonic Library Symphonic Cube is a collection of 10 virtual instruments (Vienna Instruments) specially designed to orchestrate vast numbers of samples with superb elegance and simplicity. Since the Vienna Symphonic Library concurrently managed the sample development as well as the software, the resulting linking of samples and performance algorithms allow for stunning ease-of-use and authenticity. Hundreds of inspiring articulations can be combined in one Preset and on a single MIDI track. Vienna's proprietary Performance Detection analyzes intervals, repeated notes, patterns, and even speed in real-time and automatically summons the appropriate articulation or nuance.

Way Over Priced.

I brought Sonar 8 producer and it gave me a bunch for free VST plugins. One of them, the Dimension Pro have all the sounds this Vienna have. If you think the sound quality might be less, than your right, but how much less. Not that much. And if you want the real sound so bad that you have to buy this, you might as well just go buy all the real instruments in this VST and record live. Now how's that for real sound.
