Garbage!

I have to say this about every vocopro product out there..downright garbage! the first day I got it I picked it up and there was some metal rattling around inside. It felt and looked very cheap, played some songs that sounded like crap and then the box over heated and broke a hour after taking it out of the box, a complete shut down. I couldn't get a hold of the company to try and send it back. Don't waste your money.

I DJ every weekend and i bought this unit to use as a supplement to my DJing for when the crowd wants Karaoke. After using it 6 or 7 times it totally locked down and won't let me put a cd in it at all. I called up Vocopro and they said I can send it in for repair, but since it is past a year I have to pay for shipping, and all expenses for repair. I have had it for 13 months, one month past warranty. This Vocopro product has really let me down, especially since i needed this weekend! Won't buy Vocopro again!

The DVG555K player was purchased for home use. After inserting 5 karaoke discs, the display read "loading--no disc". The quality of the product is very poor and the original packaging is also.

I received this unit and the mic jacks did not work. So I returned it for a second unit. The second unit had a video problem, so I gave up on the 555.
