The Yamaha C115V 15" 2-Way Club Concert Series Speaker was engineered to perform flawlessly, delivering a powerful musical experience for both audience and musicians. Featuring exclusive custom-designed electronic components, they have the capability to rock hard every night and come back for more. Low-gloss, tough-as-nails elastomeric coatings shrug off wear and tear for a consistent professional appearance whether you're around the corner or on the road.

Paintable elastomeric spray coating easily fits any d‚cor and can be customized with your band's name or logo! The steel grilles are foam-lined with acoustically transparent material to provide a more subdued appearance.

Assembled by hand by skilled technicians, each cabinet is designed for better low-end response and includes heavy steel handles and sturdy pole sockets to make moving and positioning easy. The custom drivers from Eminence feature high-strength curvilinear cones and Kapton voice coil formers, plus oxygen-free copper voice coils and oversize strontium ferrite magnets to provide high power handling and long life. 15" and 18" drivers use cast aluminum frames to support the massive magnet structure, eliminate flex, and dissipate heat.

The titanium diaphragm compression driver is mated to a 90 degree x 40 degree custom-designed horn. Internal electronics feature an over-built crossover network and overload protection. Connections are dual Neutrik Speakon and 1/4" jacks.

The C115V 2-way enclosure features a cast-frame 15" driver and 2" tweeter. Frequency response: (-10dB) 55Hz - 16kHz. 500W program handling, 1,000W peak. Sensitivity: 99dB. 19"W x 28"H x 15"D. 60-1/2 lbs.

I have 4 of these that I have used regularly since January. I have no complaints. They always preform excellent. These are a little heavy, just beware of the weight. The coated surface on these is great.

I "stole" a pair of these from another band that was breaking up for $175 for the set. OMG. I bought them to be our monitors but they are now the new mains. These units are very power efficient and I get more sound out of them than other speakers using less power. Very clean sound. They have the typical Yamaha 'bite' sound. They are built like a tank and weigh a ton but I don't care. They deliver.

My school uses 4 of these in their new set-up, and they sound great. The Drama and musical were really brought to life with these. Music through them also sounds great. Yamaha is a great product and I stand by what they make. We use 4 of these, 4 Yamaha monitors, 2 Yamaha power amps, and a Yamaha MG 32FX board. A Great Product from a Great Company.

1st.. im a moblie dj. the c115s get about 500wpc rms( behringer ep2500 ALL I CAN SAY IS HOLY FREEKIN COW :) 2nd ) the spl not an issue, the compression horn. is very "sweet" and not to harsh. the lows, in a 15 x 15 bar, 30' away, it goes right thru you like a cannon. BUY FAR THE BEST PURCHASE IVE MADE in a while :) they are part of an "medium system" which has an rms of 2700 watts total.

Bought these speakers about a year ago and love them. I run them with a Yamaha MG32 board -> drive-Rack -> QSC 2450 amp and they sound marvelous! If they ever got ripped off, I'd buy two more.
