The Yamaha P2500S Dual Channel Power Amp is equippped with a specially designed circuit tailored to the response of Club Series speakers. The P-Series amps deliver pro-quality power in a wide range of configurations, and are perfect for mating with the popular Club Series speakers, as each model's power signal is tuned via YS processing to the needs of Club Series speakers. All models feature both XLR and 1/4" TRS inputs, Neutrik Speakon, phone plug, and 5-way binding post outputs. Other features include sweepable high- and low-pass filters, Yamaha's exclusive EEEngine technology for high performance with exceptional efficiency, and a variable-speed fan. 2U chassis. I use it to power my SM12V and SM10V Yamaha monitors. Never had any issues, even outdoors in our summer heat! Very reliable. Really like the options on the back panel for different setups.

I purchased this amp to power my stage monitors. I temporarily hooked it up to my main speakers and subwoofers as a test. This amp powered the big speakers loudly and clearly. It makes my monitors sound great too!

I have been using this amp for a few months now. There really isn't anything that doesn't satify me about this unit. Quiet, clean operation. Beautiful signal reproduction. I am using this unit to power my 150W passive monitors from Yami EMX5000-20 via AUX1&2. The 400W mains are run at the board. Good clean monitors with tons of clarity. Excellent unit. If it had a front panel mute I'd give it a 10!
